Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless context requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on the Platform. s8toto enforces a strict 21+ policy and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be closed immediately, and any balance held will be handled in accordance with applicable AML regulations.

2.2 Residency and Jurisdiction. By registering, you represent that access to and use of online betting platforms is not prohibited under the laws of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location. s8toto does not accept liability for Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where such access is restricted.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed upon detection. Balances in duplicate accounts may be voided.

2.4 Employees. Employees, directors, agents, or contractors of s8toto and any associated entities, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to hold a Player Account or receive bonuses.

3.1 Registration Process. To access real-money wagering on s8toto, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and a supported payment method. Registration is free of charge.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and up to date. s8toto reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

3.3 Account Credentials. Upon successful registration, you will create a username and password. You are solely responsible for the security of your credentials. s8toto will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your credentials have been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately and change your password without delay.

3.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. All pending bets will be settled before the Account is closed, and any remaining Real Funds balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

4.1 Verification Requirement. s8toto is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals above a defined threshold or when prompted by risk-based monitoring. KYC verification is a one-time process unless your circumstances change or our compliance team requests a re-verification.

4.2 Documents Required. Standard KYC documentation includes: (a) a government-issued photo ID such as a national identity card (KTP), passport, or SIM; (b) proof of residential address dated within three months, such as a utility bill or bank statement; and (c) proof of ownership of your registered payment method (e.g. a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, or OVO account showing your name and account number).

4.3 Processing Time. KYC documents are typically reviewed within 24 hours during business days (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 WIB). Players will be notified by email or live chat upon approval or if additional documentation is required.

4.4 Withdrawal Hold. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to completion of KYC will be held in a pending state until verification is finalised. s8toto will not be liable for any delay in fund release caused by incomplete or inaccurate KYC submissions by the Player.

5.1 Accepted Methods. s8toto accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). s8toto does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; the funding source must be registered in your own name.

5.2 Minimum Deposit Amounts. Minimum deposit amounts are as follows: Rp 20.000 for e-wallet channels (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja); Rp 50.000 for local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon). Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed at the point of transaction.

5.3 Processing Time. The vast majority of deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly or within five minutes. In rare cases involving bank system maintenance or high network traffic, processing may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, contact support with your payment receipt.

5.4 Deposit Fees. s8toto does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, over which s8toto has no control.

5.5 Deposit Limits. Players may voluntarily set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings as part of our Responsible Gaming tools. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

6.1 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, or to an alternative verified method registered under your name. s8toto applies the same-source rule as a standard anti-money laundering control.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.3 Processing Time. Withdrawal requests submitted during operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB) are typically processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts using e-wallet channels. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two hours. Requests submitted outside operating hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next operating window.

6.4 Wagering Requirement Check. Withdrawals from accounts holding active Bonus Funds will be assessed against applicable wagering requirements before the request is processed. Only Real Funds in excess of any bonus-related hold are immediately withdrawable.

6.5 Right to Delay or Decline. s8toto reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification, an active fraud investigation, or in cases where the withdrawal would breach anti-money laundering controls. Players will be informed of the reason for any delay within 24 hours.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by s8toto are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented, in addition to these General Terms. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that offer only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus amount — and any winnings attributed to it — become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly disclosed in the promotion details. Only wagers placed on qualifying games contribute toward wagering requirements; bets on certain game types (including but not limited to certain live dealer games and low-margin sports markets) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

7.3 Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not utilised within the promotional period stated in the offer will expire and be removed from your Account balance. s8toto will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

7.4 Abuse Prevention. s8toto employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets across accounts to lock in a risk-free return ("arbing"), and exploiting technical errors in game software. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses and any associated winnings voided, and may be suspended or permanently closed.

7.5 Promotional Changes. s8toto reserves the right to alter, withdraw, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice. This shall not affect bonuses already accepted and in use by a Player at the time of the change.

8.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets are accepted subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market. s8toto reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected advantage play, erroneous odds, or system error.

8.2 Sports Betting. Football markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League — are offered with Asian handicap (voor bola), Over/Under, mix parlay (accumulator), and outright markets. All football bets are settled according to the official result at the end of 90 minutes plus referee-added time, unless otherwise stated. Extra time and penalty shootouts are excluded unless the market specifically states "including extra time."

8.3 Void Bets. A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond 72 hours, or if the market was offered in error. Voided bets are refunded to the Player's Account balance at the original stake value.

8.4 Togel Rules. Togel draws operate according to the rules of the specific lottery format selected. Official draw results are the sole determinant of winning numbers. s8toto is not responsible for delays or changes to draw schedules caused by factors outside its control.

8.5 Live Betting. In-play wagering markets close automatically at defined thresholds during the event. Once a bet is confirmed in live play, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. Cash-out functionality, where available, allows Players to settle bets before the event concludes at a dynamically calculated value.

8.6 Maximum Winnings. Maximum payout limits per event and per day may apply to certain markets and game types. These limits are disclosed within each market or game description and represent the maximum amount s8toto is liable to pay from a single bet or session, regardless of the potential calculated return.

9.1 Commitment. s8toto is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We offer a suite of tools designed to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. All responsible gaming features are accessible at no cost from the Account settings panel.

9.2 Available Tools. Players may at any time: (a) set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit; (b) activate a session time-out of between 30 minutes and 24 hours; (c) request a temporary self-exclusion period of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months; or (d) request permanent self-exclusion. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of five years.

9.3 Age Restriction. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. We encourage Parents and guardians to use appropriate parental control software to prevent access by minors.

10.1 Prohibited Activities. The following are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension and potential legal action:

• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC.
• Operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Colluding with other Players or with Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, display errors, or pricing errors — any winnings arising from exploited errors will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Platform to transfer funds for purposes unrelated to genuine wagering.
• Engaging in or facilitating fraud, including chargebacks or reversal of deposits after wagering has taken place.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

10.2 Consequences. Confirmed breaches of this clause may result in: immediate Account suspension; voiding of all pending and settled bets; forfeiture of Account balance subject to any legal obligations to return verified deposits; and referral of relevant evidence to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

11.1 Ownership. All content on the s8toto Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of s8toto or its licensed third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 Licence to Use. s8toto grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any Platform content; reverse-engineer any software; or use Platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

11.3 Revocation. This licence is automatically revoked upon termination or suspension of your Account.

12.1 Platform Availability. s8toto endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or events beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. s8toto shall not be liable for any loss of winnings or opportunity arising from Platform downtime.

12.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, s8toto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated profits.

12.3 Maximum Aggregate Liability. In all cases, s8toto's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 No Warranty. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13.1 The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by s8toto is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

13.2 s8toto processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection principles, including lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation, and integrity and confidentiality. Full details of our data practices, your rights, and how to exercise them are set out in the Privacy Policy.

14.1 Right to Amend. s8toto reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect.

14.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

14.3 Version Control. The version of these Terms & Conditions most recently published on the Platform shall be the operative version. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent substantive revision.

15.1 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which s8toto holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.

15.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes are resolved informally within 72 hours. Our support team can be reached via live chat (24/7, WIB) or by email at the address listed in Clause 16.

15.3 Formal Complaints. If your dispute is not resolved informally, you may submit a formal written complaint via email. s8toto will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a final decision within 14 business days. If you remain dissatisfied, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by our licensing authority.

15.4 Language. All formal communications and dispute submissions must be made in English, which is the governing language of this Agreement.
